Program Components

• A week of the LeaderShape ® Institute: Sun, Aug. 9 – Fri, Aug. 14, 2015
  • 60 students divided between participating colleges
  • Overnight retreat at Notre Dame of Maryland University
  • Facilitators and guest leaders from the Baltimore region
• Fall Follow Up: day-long retreat: Sat, Oct. 3, 2015
  • Review goals and reconnect with cohort
  • Meet with community leaders
  • Begin planning for spring
• Service Activity 
• Spring Forward Retreat: Sat. Feb. 6 - Sun. Feb.7, 2016
• Spring 2016: Plan a community-based project around your area of focus
• Ongoing support
