Your October To-Do List

Hello all,

Hope you are enjoying your first days of October (which is my favorite month)!

Since it is October and school is flying by, you should make yourself a To-Do List. For me, this helps me stay organized and on top of all of my commitments.

So, here are some tips in starting your very own To-Do List:

1. Start simple -- Don't be too specific in what you need to get done. Start broad and then narrow down what you need to get done.

2. Organization! -- Don't add everything in one area! Categorize by commitments (i.e. family, work, school). It will help you see what you need to do per commitment.

3. Have fun with it! -- I know that there can be a lot of anxiety associated with getting work done, but you can make it easy to plan things out. If you know in advance what you need to get done and write it down, it can make you less stressed and make things a lot easier for you.

Please try to set a goal to make your own To-Do List (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and stick with it! You will feel a lot better in the end when you can scratch out that you completed a task. Then, reward yourself with a pumpkin beverage because it IS Fall after all!

Have a great day and GOOD LUCK!
